Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, shipping method, and destination. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — check our homepage for current offers.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@drydown.io.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to carrier regulations, fragrances and certain beauty products can only be shipped via ground transportation within the contiguous United States. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@drydown.io. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
