Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Drydown. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item is not a final sale or clearance product.
- You have your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact our team at support@drydown.io with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@drydown.io. We will assist you in finding the right replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@drydown.io with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
